Achieve unique style and cozy function with this gorgeous crocheted cowl!

The cowl, which has a base color of gray with bright pops of pink, purple, blue and teal throughout, is covered in a baubles and lace design known as the Pineapple Crochet Stitch. I created it using the Ambala Shawl pattern designed by Emma Potter of Potter & Bloom.

I photographed it in natural light and think the color has come through fairly true. Please note there may be some tonal differences in real life.

This cowl is a wholly unique item, handmade by me out of high quality yarn from an independent dyer. In this case, the dyer is Lambwoman Knits out of North Carolina, and this particular color way is named “I Spilled Paint in the Garage”.

The yarn is a fingering weight, sock yarn, which means it is 75% wool (super wash merino) & 25% nylon-which adds durability.

This cowl is about 14” tall with about a 28” circumference.

This cowl is designed to fit comfortably over your head and provides options to either snuggle it cozily against your neck or drape it more loosely so it can be used as a beautiful accessory to an outfit any time of year.

The cowl will come prewashed, and comes from a smoke free home with dogs.

Care Instructions: best to hand wash, but it could be washed in a cold water, gentle setting in the washer, and should always be laid flat to dry, NEVER dried in the dryer.
