Achieve style and cozy function with this one of a kind crocheted cowl!

This beautiful crocheted cowl is perfect for the holidays. I picked this yarn out for a Christmas make, but the dyer associated it with St. Patty’s Day - it would work for either holiday AND everyday in between! The main colors are a bright green and a darker green, with red, yellows and white specks dotted throughout.

The cowl is covered in a baubles and lace design, utilizing the Pineapple Crochet Stitch and was created using the Ambala Shawl pattern designed by Emma Potter of Potter & Bloom.

I photographed it in natural light and think the color has come through fairly true. I’ve also included a picture of the yarn skeined up from the yarn dyers original listing so you can get a better idea of all of the colors throughout. Please note there may be some tonal differences in real life.

This cowl is a wholly unique item, handmade by me out of high quality yarn from an independent dyer. In this case, the dyer is The Sheepy Shire, and this particular color way is named “Leprechaun Booty Bazookas”.

The yarn is a fingering weight, sock yarn, which means it is 75% wool (super wash merino) & 25% nylon-which adds durability.

This cowl is about 14” tall with about a 28” circumference.

This cowl is designed to fit comfortably over your head and provides options to either snuggle it cozily against your neck or drape it more loosely so it can be used as a beautiful accessory to an outfit any time of year.

The cowl will come prewashed, and comes from a smoke free home with dogs.

Care Instructions: best to hand wash, but it could be washed in a cold water, gentle setting in the washer, and should always be laid flat to dry, NEVER dried in the dryer.
