Raised Diagonal Lines Crocheted Scarf in Kate Selene Yarn
Raised Diagonal Lines Crocheted Scarf in Kate Selene Yarn
This lovely scarf was crocheted primarily in shades of light blue - but all colors in the rainbow, and well beyond, are absolutely well represented throughout this gorgeous yarn!
I photographed it in natural light, but I think it came up with a more purple undertone than it has in reality. I did try to color correct, and think the gist of the colors come through.
This scarf is a wholly unique item, crocheted by me out of high quality yarn, in this case all from the indie dyer Kate Selene, based in the UK. The yarn is a fingering weight, sock yarn, which means it is made up of 75% wool (mostly super wash merino) & 25% nylon.
This scarf is about 60” long (not including the fringe) & 8” wide. The weight and yarn content make for a scarf with a lovely drape that will keep you warm if you wrap it once or twice around your neck, or it could be used as a beautiful accessory to enhance an outfit.
The scarf will come prewashed, and comes from a smoke free home with dogs.
Care instructions: best to hand wash, but it could be washed in a cold water, gentle setting in the washer, and should always be laid flat to dry, NEVER dried in the dryer.
